| Job description: | We are looking for an contracts manager to join our expanding company. You will need a background in the refurbishment & maintenance sectors of industrial & commercial roofing. The correct candidate will have excellent man management skills and be keen to grow with the company and bring their own ideas. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Overall running of the contracts department reporting the managing director. You will be responsible for measuring & procurement materials. Distribution and hiring of the labour force. You will be responsible for client liaison during projects. |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | All experience & qualification will be considered as long as it is from the refurbishment back ground. You must have a good knowledge MS Word/Excel You will have an excellent knowledge for current H&S information. |
