Really poor all round. Tried to support a local business. We gave them a decent sized job of 2 houses - trussed roofs and posi joists. They made multiple errors having to remake multiple parts, they were a nightmare to get hold of (after they took the deposit) and their overall service and after sales was very poor indeed. I would never use them again and I wold urge serious caution to anyone Else. They seem great you start with but as soon as you hand over money it goes very wrong.
