Forticrete's decorative Linear bricks have been specified for the construction of a 250 sq ft single storey extension at an awe-inspiring, 4-bedroom cottage in Reigate, Surrey. Taylor Maxwell turned to Forticrete in the development of a new residential development in south-east Edinburgh, utilising our Shot-Blasted Linear brick. Forticrete has recently completed a roofing project for premium retirement home and assisted living developer Richmond Care Villages.The work was undertaken in partnership with building and architectural specialist BAM Construction and delivered at Richmond's newest facility in Wood Norton, Worcestershire.

The SL8roof tile has the visual characteristics of natural slate with benefits that no other interlocking tile can match. Through our innovative design and manufacturing technology the SL8 offers superior coverage - just 8 tiles per m2 compared with 10 per m2 found with many alternative products. In most cases there is a suitable conventional roof light flashing kit which can be used with our products down to a roof pitch of 15 degrees.
