Critical: Professionalism Van with 2 occupants went past us today on horseback on a country lane in Coventry at dangerous speed, no consideration for our safety at all! good you've paid for script writing on the van. Makes me life easier sending the video footage to the police and BHS.

I have a problem with a roof installed by Roofscape NW; they won't return my calls or emails, and having taken it up with the manufacturer (FLAG Soprema), it turns out Roofscape didn't register the warranty with them. Here's the real dishonesty though: Alison at Roofscape is telling Soprema that they have no record of ever installing the roof.
