Be aware the much vaunted 20 year guarantee covers only the waterproof surface and its patching if it leaks. Although claiming all Polyroof installers are selected and trained by Polyroof the guarantee does not cover any defects in the laying of the decking or failure to ensure adequate ventilation carried out by these installers.
