We had a flat roof installed as part of an extension and the roof was leaking within a few months (probably would have leaked earlier, but the weather did not put the roof to test until later). It was clear that the leak was due to poor design and workmanship. Our mistake was that we let the builders design and carry out the flat roof installation; assuming that they know what they are doing, rather than contract the job out to flat roof specialists.
The roof looked nothing like a fibre glass roof; it was a right mess both in terms of functionality and appearance. We experienced months of stress to find a solution. We tried to get the builders back in to sort it out; only to find that they just added layers of black tar like solution making it worse and then not picking up our calls. We also contacted other builders and handymen who came and viewed the job, but we were not convinced by the solutions offered (most likely would have been short-term).

From the first phone call, friendly, efficient and professional, to the end result, friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. The initial visit was professional and the discussions regarding the roof assessment, understandable. The workman arrived very promptly, were professional in their attitude and carried out the required work efficiently and tidily.
They removed all waste either generated by themselves or caused by the original fault. Although the weather, so far, has not put the roof to the test, I am reassured by the prompt supply of my 25 year guarantee.
