I was surprised to see the last comment. The company installed 7 Velux roof lights for us a year or so ago. The instal was not without incident, but they responded quickly effectively to resolve the issues. The windows have been fine since. I said at the time and again now I would not hesitate to recommend them. Belton in Rutland
