Trusses ordered on the Monday they were delivered on the Thursday of the same week. The Driver of the delivery truck was very helpful with unloading overall a great service from this company I highly recommend them

Provided 10 roof trusses for a garage build in Gamrie. The service was excellent with good communication. The trusses were as specified and delivered on time with no hassles. hats off to the driver that helped to manually offload the trusses Thank you

Never write reviews but had to. 2 x trusses short on delivery of trusses for house and no drawing to state size/centre measurements of trusses. Put that aside and ordered again 3 years on for my garage and they did the same thing and tried to defect blame to architect and me. Said they sent information through but could not prove they sent paperwork with sizes and centres for trusses prior to trusses being erected.

They also advised after trusses went up that you have to request that information from them. Have no idea why you wouldn't send that when you pay or when trusses are delivered. Backwards company and very unprofessional, must make it up as they go along. Now I have to pay to amend truss layout at my expense. Do not recommend. Would rather pay extra 2k elsewhere.

Used this company for years, they are paid to calculate your roof truss project but on my last project they admitted on the phone that they had made a mistake and the calculations were wrong yet in writing they said i signed the disclaimer so it was down to myself. Their mistake cost me alot of time and money to resolve and no compensation offered. For an established company the treatment of a regular customer was atrocious. BEWARE DO NOT USE!
