Services
EPDM Roofing Systems
EPDM rubber roofing offers unmatched longevity, value, and performance. This 100% waterproof solution lasts over 50 years, providing low-maintenance protection for residential and commercial projects. Ideal for flat or sloped roofs, it resists UV radiation, ozone, and weathering while remaining cost-effective. Our systems include accessories like adhesives, flashings, and trim for seamless installation.
Liquid Waterproofing
Our BBA-approved liquid waterproofing creates seamless, elastomeric membranes for complex surfaces. Applied in a single layer, it adapts to contours and substrates, offering rapid application and exceptional durability. Suitable for roofs, balconies, and terraces, it provides long-term protection against water ingress while complying with industry standards.
Artificial Grass
PermaLawn artificial grass delivers year-round greenery with minimal maintenance. Child- and pet-friendly, it resists fading and wear while mimicking natural turf's appearance. Ideal for gardens, commercial spaces, and play areas, it includes drainage features and UV-stable fibres for lasting performance in all climates.
Steel Framed Buildings
Our precision-engineered steel buildings combine strength and speed of assembly. Designed for residential extensions, garages, or commercial units, they feature corrosion-resistant frames and insulated panels. Customizable layouts and finishes ensure adaptability to residential, agricultural, or industrial requirements.
Roof Training Courses
Accredited EPDM and liquid roofing training equips professionals with installation expertise. Delivered weekly at our Derby facility, courses cover material handling, detailing, and compliance. Tremendous customer service. Delivery of my roof was delayed due to a third party. Permaroof chased the third party and arranged delivery of a replacement to minimize delays to me. 100% Recommended. (The roof was also very good quality and a good price.)

Dealt with this company for many years now and have found them honest and reliable. Once we completed the training course we were confident going forward with our installations and if ever in any doubt Scott has always been on hand with the info required. Never had a single problem would highly recommend.
