Asked for a quote for storm repairs told that a surveyor would come and look at work required however didn't show up. After a week was contacted by DFR and told that the surveyor came on the agreed day but no one was in, he went round to the back of the house and took pictures of the damage to our roof. We never went out that day waiting for him to show and there is no access to the back of our house or adjacent properties so he couldn't have taken pictures. Had used this company in the past but felt let down and would not use them again or recommend them.

Poor quality workmanship, they didn't work at weekends, they left the roof opened at weekends resulting in my ceiling getting wet, took them three weeks to complete work, rude arrogant workers, really bad company wouldn't recommend to anyone

I urge any contractor registered with the NFRC to cancel there membership with immediate effect and any client to not engage with any roofer registered. We are a company that was registered for approx 8 years and they never once carried out any competence checks on us and charged a substantial amount of money. The whole scheme is a con. Find companies through genuine reputation, not like this
