Wanted quote for whole roof re-tiled and associated works, office staff polite took details for emailing quote. At odds with that they were going to arrange inspection and a quote, roofer phoned later to say he was busy all year and likely next year too, no explanation. Website though states "We aim to handle maintenance and repair issues as quickly as possible, in some cases dealing with them on the same day as we receive the initial phone call, which enables us to provide the best and most efficient service possible" "No job is too small or too large regarding maintenance and repair."

Steve Sandall runs an efficient organization, His workforce are Prompt Clean Tidy and efficient, I would recommend them to anyone.
