We'd been battling a frustrating leak coming through the ceiling right at the top of the house for monthsdrips every time it rained heavily or windy. Really good service repaired flat roof and i have booked a replacement for later in the year. Did take a few days to get back to me but id imagine this is normal with busy trades.

We couldn't be more thrilled with the work Heritage Roofcraft did on our Victorian terrace. The old slate roof was a nightmare leaking, mismatched repairs, and losing tiles every winter storm. They completely re-roofed it using reclaimed Welsh slate to match the original, added proper breathable membrane (without spoiling the heritage look), and the lead valleys/flashings are works of art. The ridge tiles are dressed so neatly it looks like it's always been this perfect.The whole team were respectful of the house, kept everything immaculately clean, and even fixed a couple of minor gutter issues we hadn't noticed. Communication was brilliant from quote to completion no surprises, no delays. If you're lucky enough to own a period property that deserves proper care, these are the people you want on your roof. Proper old-school craftsmanship with modern standards. 10/10, would use again in a heartbeat!

Andy came on the 7/01/2026 for my repair in the morning, and completed within the hour, i had really bad water pooling on my wall in the bathroom, another roofer previous told me it was a new roof needed, andy was honest and said it was a couple of tiles that had slipped and cracked, im really grateful for andy at heritage roofcraft for being honest and such a reliable roofing service otherwise i would of been paying thousands for no reason.

Fantastic! Had a leaking roof, contacted a number of roofing companies but their availability and pricing were not aligned with what I needed. I came across these guys whilst driving and I asked one of them if they had availability to look at my roof. Andy said he would be over at 6pm, come 5:50 he knocked on my door asked me a few questions, grabbed a ladder and quickly found the issue. Lucky he had some materials on his van to fix it permanently there and then. For sure incredible service and so professional too - even made sure my dog didn’t escape (after becoming best friends with him). Would recommend these to everybody and I am certainly storing their number for future work for myself, friends and family! Again, thank you!!
