We are Forthcoming Group, a Sunderland-based property improvement company serving homeowners throughout the North East. Founded in 2022 by Ryan Forth and two school friends, our business combines experience in surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping. Although the company itself is relatively recent, our team brings decades of practical trade knowledge to every project. We support homeowners who need their properties repaired, improved or upgraded, providing clear advice and an organised approach from the outset. Our services include roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork, allowing us to address individual requirements as well as wider exterior improvement projects. With more than 500 completed projects across the North East, we have worked on a broad range of homes and property improvement needs.

We begin each project with a survey and a clear understanding of the work required. From there, we explain the available options and help customers determine the most suitable way forward. Our multi-trade team enables roofing, driveway, landscaping and brickwork requirements to be managed through one company, helping maintain effective planning and communication. We place particular importance on proper preparation, as the work beneath the surface can be essential to achieving the right result. Once work is completed, we explain what has been carried out, provide relevant maintenance recommendations and outline the guarantee details that apply. We work across Sunderland, Newcastle, Gosforth, Darras Hall, Whitley Bay, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Durham, Northumberland and surrounding areas.
