Services
Pitched Roofing
Our pitched roofing services cover new installations, complete roof replacements and essential maintenance. We carefully select suitable materials, including concrete tiles, natural slate and clay tiles, to complement each property. From repairing damaged roofing to addressing structural issues and leaks, we deliver reliable workmanship. All installations and repairs are supported by our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
Flat Roofing
We provide professional flat roofing installations, repairs and maintenance for residential, commercial and industrial properties. Our services include new roofs, re-roofing and overlays using high-quality EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass and felt materials. We deliver durable, weather-resistant finishes designed to remain watertight. Each solution is tailored to the property's requirements, ensuring lasting performance and minimal maintenance.
Roof Repairs
At Alliance Roofing & Building, we specialise in repairing roofing problems affecting homes and businesses. From slipped tiles and chimney defects to emergency leak repairs, our team handles a wide range of issues. We carefully inspect each roof before recommending the necessary work. Our repairs are supported by a 10-year workmanship guarantee and £1m public liability insurance.
New Roofs & Re-Roofing
We specialise in installing new roofs and replacing deteriorating roofing systems on houses ranging from Victorian terraces to detached homes and bungalows. Available finishes include clay and concrete tiles, natural and fibre-cement slate, alongside flat roofing options. Our team evaluates whether repairs remain practical before proposing replacement. All roofing installations benefit from our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
UPVC Installation
Protecting your property's roofline is essential for preventing water damage and structural decay. We install quality uPVC fascias, soffits, cladding and rainwater systems for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Our carefully fitted products provide effective drainage, improved roof ventilation and long-term weather resistance. With full replacements and upgrades available, we deliver reliable installations supported by a quality guarantee.
Spray Foam Removal
We provide professional spray foam removal for lofts, pitched roofs and flat roofs, safely extracting open-cell and closed-cell insulation. Our specialist techniques protect existing roof timbers and surfaces from damage. Following removal, we inspect the roof for underlying problems and assess its condition. This process helps restore ventilation, prevent moisture retention and address mortgage-related concerns.

Discovered a roof leak, Mitchell arrived very quickly and gave really good advice and options for repairs. A trustworthy company that didn't pressure me into spending more than was needed.

Would highly recommend this company. Mitchell came round and gave a quote, his team carried out the work efficiently, tidied up before they left. Was even sent photos of the work. Was kept informed throughout process too.

Mitchell did a great job on our roof. The job was well priced, he was a great communicator, and he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Sounds simple, but so often doesn't happen. Really pleased, it still looks great two years down the line, so I'm sure it's good for years to come. Highly recommend.
