3 years after supplying joists to a project that stalled for a few years, Chris F was able to re-calculate loads to accommodate underfloor heating upstairs, and provided all calculations to satisfy building control. He managed this giant feat in under an hour, and I'm absolutely staggered by the quality of service! I am grateful beyond words, and can't recommend ETS enough! ETS provided all joists and rafters for this build. PHENOMENAL!

Brilliant service. I wasn't the easiest customer, nor a particularly big job profit wise, but following a site visit I had a quote within the hour. We then had several tweaks and redesigns following consultation with our builder and the architect but ETS couldn't do enough to assist. From approving the final plans we had the trusses delivered within 48 hours. Absolutely fantastic service from start, during and to finish. Thank you ETS.

A home project requiring a flat roof extension, garage and annex room in roof trusses. The whole process was made so easy by the team at ETS. Only needed to provide limited information and ETS did the rest including site visit and measure. Communication was exceptional continually through process. Would recommend to anyone looking for new roof trusses well made.

After our kitchen roof was condemned by the structural engineer, we called ETS to sort out our suddenly required new roof. They were able to give us a quote from our home drawn plans and came out to measure once the old roof came off. We got to continue our house's Victorian ceiling heights into the kitchen by using the raised tie roof truss, and our roof lights give us loads of extra light in a shaded part of our property.
Within a day of the builder removing the old roof, our new trusses were manufactured and delivered. Overall it was a simple and easy process, and we would happily recommend them.
