Services
Roofline Installation
Our comprehensive roofline installations transform properties with durable uPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering systems. We remove existing timber components completely, replacing them with 18mm maintenance-free boards that resist rot and warping. Each installation includes over-fascia ventilation and eaves protection trays to prevent water ingress while improving attic airflow. Available in multiple colours including white, anthracite grey, and wood-effect finishes, our systems enhance kerb appeal while providing decades of reliable performance without painting requirements.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning using SkyVac technology safely clears blockages from ground level. Our specialists remove debris from existing systems while inspecting for damage requiring repair. The non-invasive method works effectively over conservatories and multi-story properties without ladders. Regular maintenance prevents water overflow that could cause wall staining, foundation issues, and internal damp problems. We recommend annual cleaning to maintain optimal drainage performance and property protection.
Cladding Installation
Upgrade exterior walls with low-maintenance uPVC cladding that improves thermal insulation and appearance. Our Freefoam systems include single plank and embossed wood-effect options in ten subtle colours. The installation process replaces deteriorating timber cladding with weather-resistant panels that require only occasional wiping clean. Available in smooth and textured finishes, these solutions enhance property aesthetics while eliminating ongoing painting costs and maintenance requirements for improved energy efficiency.
Dry Verge Systems
Modern dry verge systems replace traditional mortar bedding with interlocking uPVC components. This innovative solution prevents tile displacement and water penetration at roof edges while maintaining visual continuity. The installation creates a weathertight seal that resists wind uplift and eliminates cracking associated with cement-based methods. These durable systems require no re-pointing maintenance, providing long-term protection against weather damage while maintaining clean roofline aesthetics.
Ventilation Solutions
Specialist ventilation installations maintain healthy attic spaces by preventing condensation buildup. We incorporate over-fascia vents that provide consistent airflow without visible grilles, avoiding insect ingress and dirt accumulation. Proper ventilation protects roof timbers from moisture damage while improving energy efficiency through balanced air circulation. Our systems comply with building regulations while maintaining clean roofline aesthetics, ensuring structural longevity and indoor air quality improvements.

MAC replaced wooden facias and sofits with UPV for us. From the first meeting to evaluation and prepare the quote through to the installation day, the company was totally professional. The quote was broken down in an transparent way and the process and timeline fully explained. Not the cheapest but competitive and certainly appeared the most competent. Very happy with the job.
