Had this company out to do a flat roof and repair a tiled roof, when doing flat roof they broke a piece of my rendering, the job on flat roof was average at best, then they repaired a tiled roof for me what a mess 3 weeks later leaked in worse than it did before, phoned numerous times get promised somone out but never happens, seriously do not waste your money on them

Replaced parents roof in Wednesbury, from a pvc roof to a tiled roof, roof leaked, told them about, said they would be out and never came, builders damaged the lights on the walls, said they would replace, has done nothing about it. The flashing was not done properly and had to have another roofing contractor out to repair that. The velux windows were not fitted properly and had to have the plastic trim fitted around the outside of them as well. The work was done in December 2020, called them in December when it started leaking, and again in January, not once had a call back. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Asked for a report paid 120, after numerous calls some cancelled to get it before a meeting, was assured I would get it before the meeting it never came and became as much use as a chocolate teapot after I received a phone call apologising for the lateness I said it was now a waste of time and enjoy the 120 it came the following day so fulfilling their obligation so with all this for a letter gone with someone else to get work done Update Conservatory roof was Modified and a small repair to a slate tile and membrane sorted by Guardian Roofs who were outstanding, really pleased with the outcome i was told that i did not need a report as any structural work was guaranteed and the fitting was guaranteed with the installer which they did honour big shout to Guardian Roofs

I can't fault the service from Cliff Nicholls roofing contractors based in Wolverhampton. From the first call for estimate quote to repair our flat roof, Cliff turned up on time and fixed the roof by end of the day as he didn't want to job to be pending for next day because weather forecast was for heavy rain and they want to avoid any more leaks. The work was done to a high standard, Would thoroughly recommend this roofing company to anyone who wants to get a job done properly.

Cliff Nicholls roofing was recommended by a work colleague as I wanted some alterations to a pitch roofed extension. These guys were professional, polite and punctual. My Mother in law wanted a new roof on her Tradition style semi. We came across Cliff Nicholls Roofing. Scaffolding was erected the day cliff said it would be with no fuss at all. The workman ship is excellent the two roofers worked a full days till the job was completed. The guys were polite any questions asked was answered in a professional manner.

The new fully tiled roof now looks outstanding. Chimneys was also pointed that was also done very well. Over all if you want a roof work doing you won't go wrong giving Cliff Nicholas Roofing a call last but not least his quote for the a full roof renovation including chimney work WAS the best by far. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A huge flat roof replacement undertaken and completed in a few days (weather did slow progress) we are over the moon with the finished result. Thank you, would totally recommend.

Don't touch this so called 'roofing contractor' with a barge pole! He repointed my parents house two years and they have had nothing but trouble since. The mortar has fallen out in vast quantities and they are now having to consider having it redone by someone else. When I spoke to a woman on the phone she said the guarantee had run out! My parents house is over 50 years old and the original mortar lasted 48 years but Mr. Nicholls work will only last for two, say no more!?

I have phones with regards some guarantee work on my flat roof as I have a wet patch on my bedroom wall and the lady I spoke to took a message and said that someone would call back, I waited for two days and rung back and got a very frosty response. She again told me that the person i needed to speak to was busy and that 'I would just have to wait' I have subsequently called back on numerous occasions and the phone is swiftly cancelled! I can only assume that this company does not honour it's guarantees although they issue them Very very poor customer service. Would absolutely not recommend!
