This company collected unused tiles from me with an expectation that I was to be refunded. However they failed to do this and despite chasing them I received empty promises. Apparently the roofer hadn't paid them!

I speak as customer of a roofer who has purchased supplies directly from this company. A very special thank you to Stuart Douglas who has been absolutely fantastic in his customer service. Incredible, and goes beyond any expectation to look after the end user. Fully recommend any customers to use Brian Gow Roof suppliers when paying directly.

Hi, I just ordered a load of heavy duty paving slabs from these guys. The were very polite and helpful, and even though I ordered more than they had in stock, they were able to get hold of them and deliver them promptly. A quality product, competitively priced, delivered quickly so you can get on with the job - what more could you want? Thanks, Penny
